What is your roasting schedule?
We roast every weekend.

Do you grind coffee?
Yes, we offer ground coffee in our selections with the option for medium (drip) and coarse (French press).

Will you be offering other bean origins?
Yes!  As we grow, we will aim to provide you with beans from a variety of countries or locales.

Do you flavor your coffee with natural or artificial flavorings?
The flavor (notes) of the coffee is brought out by the coffee roasting process.  We do not add additional flavorings to our coffee.

What brew methods do you recommend?
We love making espressos, lattes, pour overs and cold brews. There are many options including V60, aeropress, moka pot, etc. We encourage you to give them all a try and see what best suits you.
